　　4月29日：四川蓝光发展股份有限公司（600466.SH）发布公告，称其子公司成都新都蓝光房地产开发有限公司以人民币3亿元收购上海虹桥一办公楼50%股权。该项目位于虹桥世界中心578号，总建筑面积为20,349平方米。

　　On 29 April: Sichuan Languang Development Company Limited (600466.SH) announced that its subsidiary, Chengdu Xindu Languang Property Development Company Limited acquired 50% equity in an office building in Hongqiao, Shanghai for RMB300 million. Located at 578 Hongqiao World Centre, the project has a total gross floor area (GFA) of 20,349 sqm.

　　4月30日：由华润置地有限公司（01109.HK）投资建设的南昌万象城综合体项目已于近日在南昌红谷滩新区正式奠基。该项目占地面积为226,667平方米，总建筑面积为474,600平方米，其中包括152,000平方米的购物中心，预计将于2021年竣工。

　　On 30 April: The ground breaking ceremony of the MixC Nanchang Project was recently held in Honggutan District, Nanchang. Developed by China Resources Land Limited (01109.HK), the project has a land area of 226,667 sqm and a total GFA of 474,600 sqm, including a shopping mall with a total retail area of 152,000 sqm. The project is scheduled for completion in 2021.

　　Yango Group raises RMB 2.1 billion through sales of office REIT product

　　4月24日：阳光城集团股份有限公司在官方微信发布信息表示，首单民营上市公司总部办公大楼类REITS产品成功发行，计划总发行规模21亿元，获2.51倍超额认购。

　　On 24 April: Yango Group (000671.SZ) announced in the official WeChat that the REITs on the first privately-owned company headquarters were successfully issued. With a planned total scale of RMB2.1 billion, it was oversubscribed by 2.51 times.

　　绿地获青岛西海岸三宗地块

　　Greenland Group purchased three land plots in the west coast of Qingdao

　　5月6日：青岛市黄岛区三宗地块由绿地海筑（青岛）置业有限公司以总价人民币6.64亿元竞得，代表着绿地高铁商务新城项目落地。项目地块均位于西海岸铁骑山街道，毗邻青岛西客站交通商务区，总占地11.06万平方米，规划建筑面积43.08万平方米，总投资人民币180亿元。

　　On 6 May: Three land plots in Huangdao District of Qingdao City were acquired by Greenland Haizhu (Qingdao) Real Estate Co., Ltd. for a total price of RMB664 million, featuring the introduction of Greenland High-speed Rail Commercial New City Project. Located on the west coast of Tieqishan Street, adjacent to the Qingdao West Railway Station Transportation Business District, the project has a total site area of 110,600 sqm or a planned total GFA of 430,800 sqm, reaching a total investment of RMB18 billion.

　　4月29日：万科集团（000002.SZ）以人民币12.26亿元摘得广州增城一宅地，折合楼面价每平方米人民币10,114元。该地块位于增城区仙村镇沙滘村，占地面积为49,100平方米，总建筑面积为136,200平方米，容积率3。

　　On 29 April: Vanke Group (000002.SZ) acquired a residential plot in Zengcheng, Guangzhou for RMB1.226 billion or a floor price of RMB10,114 per sqm. Located in Shajiao Village, Xiancun Town, Zengcheng District, the plot has a land area of 49,100 sqm and a total GFA of 136,200 sqm with a plot ratio of 3.

　　4月30日：华润置地（01109.HK）深汕特别合作区首个项目赤河广场正式开业，该商业综合体为赤河生态休闲公园项目一期，位于深汕特别合作区最大的河流—赤石河的东岸，涵盖餐饮服务、零售、电影院等多种业态。赤河生态休闲公园项目由华润置地有限公司投资兴建，总占地面积约为320,000平方米。

　　On 30 April: Chihe Plaza, CR Land (01109.HK)’s first project in Shen-Shan Special Cooperation Zone officially opened. As the phase one of Chihe Ecological Leisure Park Project, the retail complex is located to the east of Chishi River, the largest river in Shen-Shan Special Cooperation Zone, comprising various retail types including catering services, general retail and cinema. Developed by China Resources Land Limited, Chihe Ecological Leisure Park Project covers a land area of 320,000 sqm.
